Don't know why. Maybe someone can help. Plug in your tab 2 and open kies and it will inform you that there is an update. Premium Suite<br />2. Mutiple user logons<br />3. Any communication re recent upgrade to Android 4.2.2<br />4. Corp. loyalty, even though my computer, phone, hdtv & tablet are SAMSUNG!<br />I shall no longer purchase Samsung products.
