How to Root Galaxy S3 (LTE) I9305/T/N on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Firmware

Samsung has released its latest Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean firmware update on the LTE variant of Samsung Galaxy S3 bearing model number GT-I9305/T/N in several countries. The new official firmware is now available for download via Over-The-Air (OTA) update as well as through Samsung KIES.
